1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Holguin Media, LLC. (“Holguin Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for collecting, using, and disclosing information about you. It also outlines the security measures we have put in place to protect information you store through our services, including services made available through our website, and any other software or services offered by Holguin Media in connection with those services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information as described here. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use our Services.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties that we do not control, including websites you may link to from our Services.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Contact Information
When you express interest in obtaining additional information about our Services, register to use our Services, or contact us directly, we may collect personal contact information including your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Personal Contact Information”).
Billing Information
When you purchase our Services, we require financial and billing information such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within your organization who will use the Services (“Billing Information”). Holguin Media does not store Billing Information on its own servers. All payment transactions are processed through our payment provider, Stripe (www.stripe.com). Client and Project Data
Through your use of our Services, you may upload, create, or share information such as company descriptions, email addresses, logos, photos, and other business content (collectively, “Data”). This Data is stored and maintained on Holguin Media’s systems. You retain ownership of your Data. By providing it to us, you grant Holguin Media a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to deliver the Services.
Diagnostic and Technical Information
If you encounter technical errors while using our Services, we may request your permission to collect a crash report and logging information from your system (“Diagnostic Information”). This may include your operating system version, hardware configuration, browser version, and email address. We use this information only to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Login Information
Certain login information is maintained in a cookie stored locally on your device to streamline the login process (“Login Information”). This information is not stored on our servers.
Analytics and Website Navigational Information
As you navigate our website and use our Services, we may collect information through standard information-gathering tools such as cookies and web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”). Geo-Location Information

We Do Not Sell Your Information

Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information when we, in good faith, believe disclosure is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, to investigate violations of our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. For example, if a fraud investigation concludes that a party engaged in deceptive practices, we reserve the right to provide that party’s contact information (but not financial account data) to affected parties who request it.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Upon account deletion, your Data will be removed from our active servers. Please be aware that some information may persist in encrypted backup copies for a limited period before being permanently deleted. We will not use information from backup copies to respond to requests or to restore deleted accounts unless required by law.
We collect, store, and process personal information on servers located in the United States. Due to the nature of Internet routing, your information may transit through other countries en route to our servers. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

(Note: Holguin Media does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising outside the Analytics disclosures in this Policy.)

We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verified request, with the option to extend by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary. If we deny a request, you may appeal the decision by contacting us and requesting review. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
European Union and International Users: GDPR
If you reside in the European Union, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights with respect to your personal information (referred to as “Personal Data”) under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable national law.
